The complex has a communal pool and is a walk to all store necessities such as Neighborhood Walmart, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, etc. Located on the N Kings Hwy, you are a quick drive to all parts of the beach. The home has many necessary home amenities such as smart TVs, utensils, pots, washer, dryer.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
